Key responsibilities:

1 . Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch while ensuring compliance with performance indicators.
2 . Ensure monthly PI targets are met within the defined cost limits for debt management operations.
3 . Monitor and control operational costs related to debt management services on a continuous basis.
4 . Ensure all debt management activities comply strictly with legal and regulatory guidelines.
5 . Supervise agencies and executives to ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
6 . Continuously monitor field activities to identify and prevent fraudulent practices.
7 . Take preventive action to avoid financial losses arising from non-compliance or misconduct.
8 . Coordinate with internal teams to improve recovery performance and operational efficiency.
9 . Maintain accurate records and reports related to collections, recovery, and compliance.
10 . Ensure strong relationship management with agencies and field executives for smooth operations.
11 . Support leadership in driving results in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
12 . Ensure proper communication and escalation handling within the debt management structure.
