Overview:

As a Senior Dietician at Odin Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of dieticians towards achieving our mission of promoting nutritional wellness through comprehensive guidance and support. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our nutritional services, including market research, diet chart creation, client counseling, team management, and the creation of presentations for clients. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise a team of dieticians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to creativity, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' strategies in the nutritional supplements and diet plans industry.
Analyze market data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and product/service development initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in nutritional science, dietary guidelines, and industry regulations.

Diet Chart Creation:

Develop personalized diet plans and nutritional guidelines based on clients' health goals, dietary preferences, and medical conditions.
Utilize evidence-based practices and scientific principles to design balanced and sustainable meal plans that meet clients' nutritional requirements.
Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and optimize nutritional supplements and dietary products.

Client Counseling:

Provide comprehensive nutritional counseling and education to clients through telephone consultations, emails, and in-person sessions.
Assess clients' dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and medical histories to tailor individualized recommendations and strategies for achieving optimal health outcomes.
Offer ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients on their wellness journey.

Creation of Presentations for Clients:

Develop informative and visually engaging presentations for clients, covering topics such as nutrition education, dietary guidelines, and meal planning tips.
Customize presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of individual clients, ensuring clarity, relevance, and effectiveness in conveying key messages.
Utilize multimedia tools, graphics, and interactive content to enhance the overall quality and impact of presentations.

Administrative Duties:

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines in all aspects of service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes using the designated documentation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to coordinate activities and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field from a recognized institution. or Similar degree
Experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in market research, diet chart creation, client counseling, and team management.
Strong knowledge of nutritional science, dietary principles, and food composition. Ability to interpret and apply scientific research findings effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and nutrition analysis software.
Experience in creating compelling presentations for diverse audiences, with proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote.
