Description:

Ajmal Super 40 is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of NEET and JEE coaching classes across various districts of Assam, we are committed to nurturing and guiding students to achieve their academic goals. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and productive work environment, ensuring the alignment of HR practices with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding of new employees.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (Previous experience in the coaching industry will be an added advantage) .

People-oriented and results-driven.

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Remuneration:

Up to 12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
