Role: Data Architect – Healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the conceptualization, design, development, and evaluation of Healthcare big data analytics solutions.

• Contribute to the definition of solution architecture for Master Data Management (MDM) and assist in the establishment of information architecture standards and methodologies.

• Define and implement data quality processes, as well as performance indicators and metrics for analytical production.

• Monitor industry and technological trends in the Healthcare Analytics space and help to evolve platform and solution offerings that can be positioned with customers.

• Device strategies for rapidly developing solutions / reusable components to meet customer needs

• Be in charge of project scoping, planning, and estimation, as well as team formation and work allocation, in order to successfully deliver the program or solution.

• Identify opportunities to use AI, NLP, LLM, and other advanced analytics techniques to improve data-driven decision making and process optimization.

• Stay up to date on the latest developments in data and AI technologies, and assess their applicability to improving informatics solutions in healthcare and life sciences.

• Work with data scientists and engineers to build machine learning models and deploy AI-powered applications.

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the data analytics team while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

• Ensure that sensitive healthcare and life sciences data is handled in accordance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.

Key Competencies

• 15+ years of industry experience in developing Data Analytics solutions, with a minimum of 5 years of healthcare-specific experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required, as are skills in leading and mentoring teams in the development of healthcare analytical solutions.

• Prior experience implementing data management and analytics solutions utilizing big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.

• Working knowledge of cyber security practices and principles, such as encryption, access controls, and vulnerability management.

• Proven expertise in AI & Analytics technologies such as machine learning models, natural language processing algorithms, and predictive analytics

Technical Competencies:

· Expertise in development of Big data Analytics Solution using

· Distributed computing, Hadoop cluster management, HDFS, MapReduce

· Stream-processing solutions such as Storm or Spark

· Data querying tools such as Pig, Impala and Hive, data integration

· SQL & NoSQL Databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and HBase

· Big data toolkits such as H2O, SparkML, and Mahout and Messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ

· Proficient in Programming with R, Python, Ruby, C++, Perl, Java, SAS, SPSS.

· Exposure & familiarity with ETL tools, data APIs, data modeling, Algorithms and data warehousing solutions

· Exposure to Healthcare systems and data exchange mechanisms
