We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) in the Electrical discipline to join our high-performance team at our Daman manufacturing facility. As a GET, you will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to electrical systems, control panels, machine wiring, PLCs, and industrial automation. This is a launchpad for a rewarding engineering career in the capital equipment manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels for extrusion machinery.
2. Support in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on shop floor and at client sites (if required).
3. Work closely with the Electrical & Automation team to understand PLC programming, drives, sensors, and electrical schematics.
4. Participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
5. Coordinate with the design and production teams for electrical BOM validation and implementation.
6. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
7. Maintain proper documentation and reports related to testing, installation, and service support.
8. Exhibit a continuous learning mindset and take part in internal technical training programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (2023/2024 pass-out preferred).

2. Strong academic background with technical interest in automation, machine control, and power systems.

3. Basic understanding of PLCs, AC/DC motors, control systems, and electrical drawings.

4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Willingness to work in a plant environment and ready to take on field assignments if required.
