About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Morning Guard Follow-Up (6:30 AM To 8:00 AM - Home)
1. Conduct morning follow-ups with security guards over calls.
2. Collect information regarding the unavailability of guards.
3. Arrange replacements for unavailable guards and follow up on deployment.

B. Office Administration (11:00 AM To 5:00 PM - Office)
1. Manage personal files and records of security guards.
2. Maintain insurance data and records.
3. Issue warning letters to security guards when required.
4. Update daily attendance records.
5. Maintain and update client files, including agreements, rates, SOPs, bills, and training records.
6. Generate monthly bills.
7. Prepare and maintain wage sheets.
8. Maintain records of advance distribution.
9. Maintain uniform records.

C. Evening Guard Follow-Up (6:30 PM To 8:00 PM - Home)
1. Conduct evening follow-ups with security guards over calls.
2. Collect information regarding the unavailability of guards.
3. Arrange replacements for unavailable guards and follow up on deployment.
