Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can collect, organize, analyze, and present company data in a structured and meaningful way. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data management, reporting, formatting, and analysis with strong expertise in Excel and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:* Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management* Organize and maintain databases with high accuracy* Identify trends and generate actionable insights* Perform data validation and quality checks* Present company data in a professional and easy-to-understand format* Work with teams to support business reporting requirements
Required Skills:* Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)* Good understanding of data analysis and reporting* Knowledge of Power BI / Google Sheets / SQL is preferred* Strong formatting and presentation skills* Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can applyPreferred: Candidates who can professionally present company data and create structured reports.
