Key Responsibilities:

1. Working on initial information collection from students and parents
2. Seeking documentation and follow-up for documentation
3. Ensuring a proper checklist for documentation at the application stage and visa stage and follow-up for any tendencies.
4. Working on profile creation in the system
5. Working on application filing in various universities
6. Working on email creation and portal creation (wherever required)
7. Working on checking emails and portals for any tendencies and coordination for completion and follow-up on various communications received with students, master agents, and colleges/universities
8. Working on visa documentation through proper checklists
9. Working on timely checking, and submission of documents as per requirement
10. Providing information about the services of the organization
11. Building awareness of the brand amongst clients
12. Providing and ensuring high-quality customer service
13. Receiving and resolving client feedback complaints in a manner consistent with company policy and making management aware of any complaints
14. Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation
15. Attending meetings and training as per requirement
16. Building awareness of the brand among clients
17. Providing and ensuring high-quality customer service
