About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging offline future skills sessions for students of Classes 6-8 using the ScaleASkill Academy curriculum.
2. Teach AI basics, coding, web development, digital design, Scratch programming, and other technology concepts through practical, project-based learning.
3. Conduct hands-on classroom activities, innovation challenges, coding exercises, and mini projects to enhance student engagement.
4. Guide students in building real-world projects, improving creativity, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
5. Maintain student attendance, classroom discipline, progress reports, and provide regular performance feedback.
6. Participate in trainer onboarding, curriculum training, and continuous learning sessions organized by ScaleASkill Academy.
7. Collaborate with the academic team and school management to ensure smooth execution of the program.
8. Represent ScaleASkill Academy professionally while creating an inspiring and positive learning environment for students.
