Job Context:

Implementing SAP integration for all manufacturing units & ensuring end to end solution mapping is a challenge due to complex structure of the plant
In the absence of specific industry solution in SAP ensuring textile processes is embedded in SAP
Working in multiple applications over different platforms and ensuring seamless integration

KRA10	IoT & Maintain Internal and external SLA 12. Maintain Internal and external SLA	Design Develop & Maintain overall process in IT application support as per Industry Standard Design Develop & Maintain Incident Management Problem Management Change Request as per ITIL and ITSM Standard Maintain Internal SLA of IT with the Business teams Maintain SLA with External Partners

KRA5	Integration of SAP & Non SAP applications 9. Team management & Development	Integration of SAP with non sap system in DT business example Kalki Shoppers Travel E-way Bill Plan Visage Payroll. Using Batch process EDI IDOC and Special platforms for Integration like PI/XI/HCI/ SCPI.
