Residing in or near Indapur, or willing to relocate to the vicinity.

Basic knowledge of welding symbols, welding defects, engineering drawing tool, etc.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Good communication and teamwork skills with a responsible attitude.

Knowledge of- Engineering Drawing Reading, Welding Symbols & Processes, Measuring Instruments, Material Identification & Inspection, Shop Floor Management

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,36,000 /year
