Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
Ensure project goals align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Technical Oversight

Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
Ensure best practices in software development, system architecture, and security.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
Assist in code reviews, system design discussions, and troubleshooting issues when necessary.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and align cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.
Handle stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.

Risk & Issue Management

Budget & Resource Management

Define and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasting.
Optimize resource utilization and team productivity.
Ensure alignment of team capacity with project timelines.
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel

Process Improvement & Best Practices

Implement Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as per project needs.
Continuously improve project management processes and frameworks.
Advocate for automation, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) , cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies .
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other project management tools .
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and APIs is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or other enterprise platforms is preferred.

Proven experience in managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Educational Qualification & Experience

B.Tech or M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus
Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus
7-8 years of experience in software development or IT leadership, with a proven track record in project management.
