Job Description

As an FPA & Investor Relations Lead you will report to the CEO of the company and work closely with the finance team for planning and analysis (FP&A) focusing on the organizations financial planning forecasting monitoring and analysis activities. The ideal candidate usually has at least 56 years of experience in consulting accounting or finance with significant experience in a management role. Candidates should have preference / prior exposure to the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

Develop an annual business plan and financial strategy along with business and financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy.

Monitor & drive adherence to the plan and outcomes set out in the business plan and recommend improvements to the plan as required

Analyze competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making.

Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produce regular

corporate level management information to all senior management

Work with business teams to support with data and insights to ensure path to green is established for every concern area.

Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends key actions and strategic implications.

Creation of quarterly financial forecasts to be used by the Business Partners senior management and the Board.

Use the output of financial models and analysis of trends to drive decision making and working across the business to ensure goals are met.

Produce professional reports and presentations summarizing the forecasts for senior management and the Board.

Develop fundraising plans with senior management and manage the process requiring interactions with investment bankers VCs VD firms.

Lead the FP&A team including team recruitment development performance management and task management.

Identify develop and retain future talent to support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree from Tier 1 engineering college and more than 6 years of experience in consulting finance accounting or leadership roles in startups.

General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles

Experience developing financial reports and metrics

Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fastpaced environment

Strong Excel Word and PowerPoint skills

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture

Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication

Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
