1. Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
2. Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner
3. Utilizing MS-Word and MS-Excel to maintain accurate customer records and data
4. Communicating effectively in Local launguage both verbally and in writing
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Resolving customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
7. Contributing to a positive work environment and fostering strong customer relationships

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 /year
