CAST is looking for a Graphic Designer to help us create compelling and intuitive designs for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent visual and communication skills, and a keen interest in UI/UX design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and user-centered designs that meet business objectives and provide an excellent user experience.

Based in Bangalore, India, the position directly reports to the Digital Marketing Director in Paris, France.

Responsibilities

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows that align with the company's brand guidelines and enhance the user experience

- Create 'iconic' visuals conveying the value proposition of software intelligence and our products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and create design solutions that meet business objectives

- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

------------

- Bachelor's or master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or related fields

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

- Expert skill level in the standard tools of the design trade such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop...

- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, layout.

- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

- Strong desire to learn and apply new thinking to her/his work

- A relentless attention to detail

- Excellent written and oral communication in English

Nice to have

- Experience in Adobe Premiere/After Effects to create stunning animations.

- Experience in PowerPoint templating.
