We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Digital Marketing & Operations Associate who can support our brand growth through digital marketing, content creation, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Digital Marketing & Social Media
1. Manage all company social media platforms.
2. Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
3. Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars.
4. Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy.
5. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
6. Identify trends and suggest new content ideas.
7. Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

B. Content Creation
1. Create marketing content for digital and offline channels.
2. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers.
3. Develop brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
4. Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Assist in website content updates.

C. Marketing Planning
1. Prepare monthly marketing plans.
2. Assist in campaign planning and execution.
3. Coordinate paid and organic marketing initiatives.
4. Research competitors and industry trends.
5. Support brand-building initiatives.

D. Lead Management
1. Monitor incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
2. Respond promptly to inquiries.
3. Qualify leads and maintain the CRM database.
4. Coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams.
5. Prepare lead conversion reports.

E. Business Documentation
1. Draft and maintain MOU
2. Partnership Agreements
3. Vendor Agreements
4. Marketing Proposals
5. Presentations
6. Internal documentation
7. Ensure document accuracy and version control.

F. Product Launch Coordination
1. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Prepare launch timelines.
3. Track deliverables and dependencies.
4. Assist in go-to-market execution.
5. Ensure launch readiness across marketing and operations.

G. Operations Management
1. Coordinate daily operational activities.
2. Track project progress.
3. Maintain task trackers and dashboards.
4. Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
5. Support event planning, campaigns, and workshops.

H. Reporting & Analytics
1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:

Fresh graduates with exceptional internships, portfolios, and communication skills may also be considered.

Experience managing multiple social media platforms.

Strong content writing and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools.

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or product launches.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Startup experience is a plus.

Basic knowledge of design principles and video editing is desirable.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously from social media management and content creation to marketing planning, documentation, lead nurturing, and coordinating new product launches.
