Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Rayah Impex private Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within your designated area. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the designated area
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and training to ensure their success
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback and coaching
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
