Other requirements

1. Prior experience in teaching or training students (school level preferred)

2. Basic knowledge of Arduino, sensors, and electronics projects

3. Familiarity with block-based coding or beginner programming (Scratch, Blockly, etc.)

4. Good communication and presentation skills

5. Passion for STEM education and working with young students

6. Ability to handle classroom management and student engagement

7. Willingness to travel to schools within Vadodara

8. Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset

9. Basic understanding of robotics kits or hands-on projects (preferred)

10. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,01,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,000 /year
