Key Responsibilities:

1. Product sourcing & vendor management: Find, negotiate, and follow up with suppliers.
2. Operations & inventory control: Manage daily order flow, stock levels, and logistics.
3. Social media management: Plan content, post, and engage with the audience and customers.
4. Product research & research writing: Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify new product opportunities, and create clear research reports to guide sourcing, operations, and marketing decisions.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year
