Job Overview
DCS Group is hiring a Planning & Billing Engineer to join our team. As a Planning & Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and billing processes for construction projects. This is a senior level position with a required experience of 7 to 10 years. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Planning & Billing Engineer in the construction industry
Proficient in project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Oversee the planning and scheduling of construction projects
Create project budgets and track expenses

Job Description
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and critical path analysis.
Create work breakdown structures (WBS) to define project tasks and their dependencies.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.
Determine the necessary resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, for each project phase.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements while minimizing costs.
Prepare cost estimates for all project components, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Evaluate and assess the impact of change orders or variations to the project scope.
Update project plans, budgets, and schedules to accommodate approved changes
Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with relevant quality standards and specifications.
Implement quality control procedures to prevent rework and defects.
