Key responsibilities:

A. Guest Welcome & Check-in

1. Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
2. Explain the facilities, amenities and house rules clearly.
3. Ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need upon arrival.

B. Guest Assistance

1. Be available to assist guests with their requests and queries during their stay.
2. Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transport and activities.
3. Respond to guest messages and calls in a timely and professional manner.

C. Problem Solving

1. Listen to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly wherever possible.
2. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other service providers to address guest requirements.
3. Escalate important issues to management when necessary.

D. Property Coordination & Care

1. Regularly check common areas and guest facilities to ensure the property is clean, presentable and functioning properly.
2. Report maintenance issues, damages or other concerns promptly.
3. Help ensure that Pine Beach House is maintained to the expected standards at all times.

E. Guest Experience

1. Build a friendly and professional relationship with guests.
2. Pay attention to small details that can improve the guest experience.
3. Encourage guests to share their feedback and help improve our services.

F. Bookings & Communication

1. Assist with basic booking and reservation-related communication.
2. Coordinate guest requirements before arrival and during their stay.
3. Maintain clear communication through WhatsApp, phone and other booking platforms.

G. Team Coordination

1. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Follow up on guest requests and make sure they are completed rather than simply passing them on.

About the post:
This is a resident/live-in position. The role requires flexibility depending on guest arrivals, departures and requirements. While there may not be fixed working hours every day, reasonable personal/rest time will be provided based on occupancy and guest requirements.

10. Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 2,55,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /year
