Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor all assets within the organization, ensuring proper maintenance and tracking of hardware and software inventory.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication for all users.
3. Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement LAN infrastructure improvements to enhance overall network performance.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all system administration tasks, including user account management and software installations.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for asset management.
6. Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in asset management and network administration to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
