Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the academic and administrative head, ensuring compliance with CBSE bylaws and educational standards
Oversee teacher evaluations, student discipline, and overall school management
Maintain a balanced approach to leadership, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth
Develop and implement pedagogical plans and strategies in collaboration with faculty
Manage school finances, including budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance of accounts
Supervise the recruitment, development, and performance of teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure the safety and maintenance of school facilities and property
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff
Engage with the community to enhance the school’s profile and student opportunities

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum of 7-8 years of consistent experience in leadership roles within CBSE-affiliated schools.
