Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate material tracking and reconciliation for all field activities.
2. Visit network sites regularly and ensure uninterrupted site operations.
3. Supervise radio frequency optimization tasks to improve signal quality.
4. Oversee quality control processes for PBOT vendors, contractors, and SOLPAR partners.
5. Conduct acceptance testing to verify completed technical work.
6. Assist Senior Field Engineers during scheduled audits.
7. Manage deployment operations handled by external vendors and contractors.
8. Configure L2 switches to support access point connectivity and optimize network flow.
9. Troubleshoot router faults and replace defective hardware components.
10. Perform link capacity or microwave upgrades for sites exceeding 70% utilization.
11. Execute NOC-issued work orders to enhance network performance and resolve customer complaints.
12. Conduct customer visits, field surveys, and provide feedback on coverage and capacity improvements.
