Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse

to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-
quality patient care, promoting wellness, and assisting in the rehabilitation process. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent
communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping individuals on their path to recovery.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.

2. Rehabilitation Support:

Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans prescribed by healthcare
providers.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and activities.

3. Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing
assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.

4. Communication:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide clear and concise handovers during shift changes.

5. Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

6. Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Stay updated on emergency procedures and protocols.

7. Quality Improvement:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and overall service delivery.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

Valid nursing license in Tamilnadu.
Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a rehabilitation or wellness setting is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
