Should understand the basics of content and how Social Media Works to create edits as per content type

Job Description:

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our digital team At Agriplast! As a video editor, you will be the Leading force Behind the Long form & Short Form Content on AgriTalk, India’s exquisite podcast channel and the content behind our company and podcast social media pages.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Edit AgriTalk Podcasts

Convert High Resolution Raw Files Into Ready To Go Podcast Episodes Including Episode Teaser, podcast cuts on a multicam, color correction and basic sound engineering.

2) Create Short Form Content

Create and edit engaging Short form content with animations from the podcast to be used across various social media platforms.

3) Other Edits

Creating Engaging Edits ( Both long form and short form) for other videos to be used by the company for performance marketing and other purposes

4) Performance Review & Tracker

Closely Review the performance of all video content on different platforms and analyze data to improve content performance

5) Team Management

Lead & Manage Future Editing Teams.

6) Create Brand Guidelines

Create and stick to brand guidelines for videos for different platforms.

Eligibility

Must Be Between the Age of 17 to 24 years old.
Should Be Proficient in Video Editing Softwares Like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
Should be able to learn and Implement AI tools in editing such as AutoPod, Dubverse etc.
Should understand How content works on different platforms and be driven by content performance.
Must be a team player and open to feedback.
Must Be Willing to Work On Site.
