Position: Female Executive Assistant (EA)
Location: Salt lake,Kolkata
Reporting To: Managing Director

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

Qualification: MBA in Finance (mandatory)

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10-7 Saturday 10-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the senior leadership.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, financial summaries, and dashboards as required.
Manage correspondence, emails, calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the reporting manager.
Assist in planning and execution of key projects, business reviews, and strategy meetings.
Handle confidential documents with integrity and professionalism.
Conduct financial data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders effectively.
Maintain updated records and ensure smooth documentation flow.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting authority.

Key Requirements:

MBA in Finance (must)
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Presentable personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
