Business Development Executive
Locations: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Anand, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Salary: 18,000 - 25,000/month + Petrol allowance
Work Schedule: 6 days/week

About the role:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to drive client acquisition and manage Used Cooking Oil (UCO) collection from Food Business Operators (FBOs). This role is field-based and involves lead generation, client visits, and ensuring compliance with FSSAI & RUCO guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and schedule meetings with FBOs for UCO collection.
2. Conduct field visits to onboard new FBOs.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients.
4. Support logistics network setup for UCO collection.
5. Ensure compliance with FSSAI & RUCO guidelines.

Selection process:

1. Telephonic/HR Round
2. Final Interview with Manager

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 (up to 2 years experience).

4. Languages: Hindi & local regional language (compulsory), English (preferred).

5. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

6. Documents: Aadhaar, DL, bike papers.

7. Joining: Within 7–15 days preferred.
