Responsibilities-

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to mining operations and site-specific requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate, solution-oriented responses.

Requirements

Requirements-

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a focus on B2B or B2C environments.

- Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Proficiency in customer satisfaction techniques, including follow-up strategies and feedback collection.

- Familiarity with equipment sales, particularly in industrial or heavy machinery sectors, is a plus.
