2+ years of Product Management or Business Analyst experience (ideally in an ecommerce or marketplace setting)
Experience writing detailed technical requirements for developers
Experience testing product features
Development background or exposure to technologies like
API
Cloud (example AWS)
Client side (example React)
Server side (example NodeJS)
Database (example PostgreSQL)
Experience with Scrum and JIRA
This Role Requires:
Responsibilities :
Work with stakeholders, driving the end-to-end product implementation process of our Ecommerce Platform and Professional Service engagements.
Define success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption.
Write detailed product features and technical requirements for developers to implement.
Test that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback.
Conduct user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyze and visualize large amounts of data into actionable insights in order to be an advocate of a metric-driven decision-making process.
