We are looking for passionate and dynamic robotics & AI trainers to join our growing EdTech team. This role involves training school and college students in robotics, programming, and basic AI concepts through interactive sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging sessions on Robotics, AI, and STEM-based learning for students (school to college level).
2. Develop and deliver training content, projects, and hands-on modules aligned with the academic curriculum.
3. Set up and maintain robotics labs- including hardware, software, and safety protocols.
4. Guide students in building robotics and AI-based projects using platforms like Arduino and ESP32.
5. Teach fundamental AI concepts such as image recognition, machine learning basics, and AI in daily life.
6. Support in organizing competitions, exhibitions, and innovation events.
7. Collaborate with R&D and curriculum teams for continuous improvement in training material.

Other requirements

1. Candidates who studied robotics and/or AI as a subject during their degree program will be given preference.

2. Experience in STEM education or training is a strong plus.

Required skills:

1. Basic Knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, or similar microcontroller systems.

2. Understanding of basic electronics, sensors, and actuator control.

3. Programming proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Scratch/Block-based coding.

4. Familiarity with basic AI & Machine Learning concepts (e.g., image classification, data collection, logic-based decision-making).

5. Experience using AI tools such as Pictoblox, Teachable Machine, or Google Colab is a plus.

6. Good communication and presentation skills- ability to teach concepts clearly to students.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum qualification: BTech/BE in mechanical, electronics, electrical, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields.

2. Preferred qualification: MTech/ME in mechanical, electronics, electrical, mechatronics, computer science, robotics, artificial intelligence, or allied specializations.

3. Must be available for full-time, in-office training and travel to partner institutions if required.
