capacity building of grassroots cadre and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results not as an end in itself but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research and new age media as a force multiplier for the Prime Minister's messages and actions.

- We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management

consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other

varied sectors from premier institutes and corporates with the unified objective of

meaningfully contributing to the polity of the nation.

Position Requirements:

Create video content with the help of original and repurposed footage.

Take a brief to grasp teams needs and specifications

Develop and review script and raw material for videos

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence

Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

Create rough and final cuts

Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Consult with stakeholders from various teams

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Competencies:

Proven work experience as a video editor

Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)

Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D and compositing

Creative mind and storytelling skills

Proficiency in Meitei/English /Hindi is highly desirable

Language: Proficient in Regional language & Hindi/English (Reading, writing, speaking & typing).

Job Location: Imphal (Work from office)

Travel and Deployment: Yes

Laptop / Desktop: Must have own

Desired Experience : 2+ years

Editing Machine/ Desktop is mandatory.

P.S. This is a contractual role till March 2027.
