Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction:

Evaluate and grade student performance on assignments, exams, and projects.
Engage in innovative teaching methods, including online teaching, blended learning, and use of educational technologies.

Research and Development:

Conduct advanced research, contributing to the knowledge base through publications in reputed journals and conferences.
Apply for research grants and funding from governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Supervise and mentor research scholars, guiding them through research projects, theses, and dissertations.
Collaborate with industry professionals, researchers, and academic institutions for cross-disciplinary research projects.

Industry Collaboration and Outreach:

Establish partnerships with industry leaders to facilitate internships, guest lectures, workshops, and industry-driven projects.
Organize conferences, seminars, and webinars to foster academic and professional exchanges.
Assist in the establishment of industry linkages for real-time projects and research collaborations.

Administrative Duties:

Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, curriculum development, and policy formulation.
Assist in the accreditation process (e.g., NAAC, NBA, etc.) and ensure the adherence to quality standards.
Contribute to the preparation of academic reports, student progress assessments, and accreditation documentation.

Professional Development:

Attend academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest trends in the field.
Pursue continuous learning and professional development through courses, certifications, and collaborative projects.
