- Demonstrates ability to entertain, communicate and socialise with persons of all ages and backgrounds;
- Provides the forthcoming cruise entertainment program for approval of the Cruise Director;
- Motivates, trains and coaches the Entertainment Team.
Requirements:
- Ability to entertain, communicate and socialise with persons of all nationalities and all ages and backgrounds;
- High School diploma;
- Ability to work in a harmonious productive team environment;
- Proven experience and expertise as Animator or social person in a similar working environment at sea or ashore;
- Ability to learn and transfer solid product knowledge;
- Microphonic skills;
- Proven successful background as a presenter (on stage or visual media);
- Ability to build effective and clear communication with the onboard management and with the land basedoffices;
- Fluent English at least 2 additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French).
