Our company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives;
  • Qualify and develop leads from Marketing campaigns;
  • Collaborate with Marketing to research accounts, identify key players, and develop scripts and messages;
  • Market research, building list of potential clients and partners to prospect via cold calling & emailing;
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level Finance executives;
  • Daily outreach to prospective customers with up to 80 calls a day;
  • Social network savvy and well connected;
  • Assist and participate in product demonstrations with Account Executives;
  • Engaging new clients;
  • Developing lead generation strategies and generating leads (US / Europe Geography);
  • Identify customer needs and present potential products and solutions;
  • Assist field sales by providing sales collateral to prospective buyers interested in Qubole;
  • Support the field sales organization within a defined Region;
  • Work with Marketing: following up on leads from mail campaigns, trade-shows, seminars and social media engagements;
  • Nurture prospects as needed through sales conversion process.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work in an open office environment;
  • Experience with Value Selling (nice to have, but not required);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience using Salesforce (nice to have, but not required);
  • Hunter sales mindset – someone who can prospect via a wide variety of organizational structures & buyer personas;
  • Excellent communication skills- ability to translate technical concepts into value for prospective customers;
  • Excellent time management skills- ability to prioritize and maximize resources in support of achieving performance goals;
  • BA/BS Degree required or equivalent technical skills and work experience;
  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise IT/ B2B Selling;
  • Some travel may be required.
