Our company is looking for a Project Finance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the complete cycle – deal origination with FIs, credit assessment, and disbursal and post disbursal monitoring / relationship management;
- Build a high quality and high impact finance and investment team;
- This position will report to CEO in the interim till CFO is brought on board;
- Structure and implement innovative deals to add value to the company within the lending norms/priority sector guidelines of RBI.
Requirements:
- Experience in forex, hedging, financing and deal structuring for project finance;
- Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a private sector infrastructure company, PE firms or banks;
- Innovative deal and transaction structuring.
