Our company is looking for a Assistant Vice President Account Transitions Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine Client engagement strategies in line with client expectations and relationship management practices;
  • Understand Market / Industry realities, opportunities and threats;
  • Understand competitors product offering, strategy, positioning, strengths and weaknesses;
  • Drive the utilization of digital compendium in all Transformation solutions, to the relevant extent;
  • Collaborate and share transformation learnings for continuous improvements with the wider transitions team;
  • Analyze and take corrective action to stay on track with financial realizations;
  • Build financial acumen around revenue, AOI impact and cost drivers for a business during the transition lifecycle;
  • Pro-actively identify and communicate risks, and co-create change solutions throughout the Transformation period;
  • Position G’s digital compendium credibly during all client interactions;
  • Design financial strategies (planning, reporting etc.) and ensure alignment with E2E transformational change plan;
  • Accountable for SLA Adherence during the transition lifecycle (90 days post go live);
  • Develop a strong acumen around Client’s business know-how and expectations;
  • Foresee, assess, communicate and mitigate transformation risks;
  • Manage expectations and gain relevant buy-in / ownership to drive the Transformation agenda as laid out;
  • Manage the delivery of the various projects to create the relevant capabilities needed to achieve the business outcomes.

  • People Investor : Take personal responsibility to Coach team on Transition skills of the future;
