Our company is looking for a Assistant Vice President Account Transitions Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine Client engagement strategies in line with client expectations and relationship management practices;
- Understand Market / Industry realities, opportunities and threats;
- Understand competitors product offering, strategy, positioning, strengths and weaknesses;
- Drive the utilization of digital compendium in all Transformation solutions, to the relevant extent;
- Collaborate and share transformation learnings for continuous improvements with the wider transitions team;
- Analyze and take corrective action to stay on track with financial realizations;
- Build financial acumen around revenue, AOI impact and cost drivers for a business during the transition lifecycle;
- Pro-actively identify and communicate risks, and co-create change solutions throughout the Transformation period;
- Position G’s digital compendium credibly during all client interactions;
- Design financial strategies (planning, reporting etc.) and ensure alignment with E2E transformational change plan;
- Accountable for SLA Adherence during the transition lifecycle (90 days post go live);
- Develop a strong acumen around Client’s business know-how and expectations;
- Foresee, assess, communicate and mitigate transformation risks;
- Manage expectations and gain relevant buy-in / ownership to drive the Transformation agenda as laid out;
- Manage the delivery of the various projects to create the relevant capabilities needed to achieve the business outcomes.
