Our company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Nurtures cross functional collaboration;
- Delivers on financial results for the segment/country;
- Drives strong controllership & compliance across the segment/country;
- Segment/Country level responsibilities;
- Reviews & drives performance management structure for the country/segment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with outsourced/offshored functions (cash application, collections, reporting, etc);
- Solid ability to mentor team members;
- Should be strong on communication skills. Uphold standards of leadership including accountability, leading by example and good decision-making;
- Solid ability to work with upstream and downstream departments in issue resolution, enhance Customer Experience;
- Graduate in any related field required; Masters-degree is a plus;
- Flexible to work in any shift;
- Understanding of financial metrics, various financial statements and impact of AR functions on the statements;
- Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes;
- Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion;
- Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment / manage & drive change;
- Experience with complex problem solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques desired.
