Our company is looking for a Receptionist Front Desk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take and relay messages;
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  • Inform guests about the availability of tables and direct them to the tables;
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities;
  • Schedule meetings;
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges;
  • Keep updated records and files;
  • If any Interview Appointment given, co ordinate with Admin team;
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
  • Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data;
  • Hand out employee applications;
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • English Proficiency (Oral and Written);
  • Strong communication and people skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.);
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
