Process Associate – Customer Service Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Process Associate – Customer Service to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA and Plans and prioritizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives;
- Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP;
- Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and problem seek;
- Get along with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a supportive and professional manner via email and on calls;
- Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel;
- Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards;
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs;
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis;
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers;
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user;
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies;
- Respond to customer queries and customers concern.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law;
- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice;
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift);
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach;
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent;
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
