Our company is looking for a Process Associate – Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA and Plans and prioritizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives;
  • Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP;
  • Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and problem seek;
  • Get along with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a supportive and professional manner via email and on calls;
  • Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel;
  • Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards;
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs;
  • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis;
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers;
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies;
  • Respond to customer queries and customers concern.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law;
  • Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice;
  • You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift);
  • Analytical skills with customer centric approach;
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent;
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
