Our company is looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates;
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard;
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits;
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance);
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests;
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
  • Serve as an Ambassador of our Organization when reaching out to candidates and college campus recruitment cell;
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies;
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations;
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings;
  • Candidate engagement;
  • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated;
  • Only western line candidates apply for this position as job location is Kandivali East;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels.

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Ability to exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action;
  • HR Situation Handling;
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully;
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work;
  • Experience with recruiting, volume hiring a plus;
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining Recruitment dashboards;
  • In depth working knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle;
  • Screen and interview potential technical candidates including: phone interviews, and reference checking for current and future positions;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels, job portals, networking and conducting referrals,
  • Tech Savvy;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
