Responsibilities:

  • Creating job descriptions for all positions in consultation with the respective department head;
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
  • Maintaining a master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee;

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;

  • Work in close collaboration with the Onboard Learning & Development Officer to provide suitable and relevant training for the ship team;
  • Attend corporate sponsored social events as a figurehead of the SMT;
  • Develop a high performing workforce;
  • Oversee the provision of all administration matters relating to the ship’s company, including officers, crew, concession staff and guest entertainers;
  • Attending Job Fest and College fest in and around Chandigarh in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh;
  • Liaising between colleges and different educational institutions.

Requirements:

  • Sending joining intimation to the respective Units;
  • Hands on with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time;
  • Languages known: English, Hindi, Gujarati;

  • 5+ years of management experience in HR in construction, Manufacturing or Relevant Industries;
