Executive Administrative Assistant

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Our company is looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly at multiple levels and with diverse audiences;
  • Prepare/track expense reports;
  • Facilitate communication with all levels of management, both internal and external;
  • Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Create & track PRs & POs as required;
  • Special projects on an as-needed basis;
  • Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly;
  • Arrange and confirm local, domestic and international travel for the Executive;
  • Interact cross-functionally with departments, employees, vendors or customers in need of meeting with department leaders;
  • Manage executives’ calendar, travel, meetings and/or daily schedules.

Requirements:

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least three years of experience at a technology company;
  • Bachelorrsquos degree in Management or any related discipline concerning management. Masters degree is an advantage;
