Our company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof;
- Greeting & welcoming passengers before Boarding flight;
- Responsible for safety and comfort of passengers;
- Food & beverage service/Customer service;
- Contacting through mails and calls;
- Acknowledge the customer with ticket number to customer and provide TAT;
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests;
- Provide World Class Customer Service;
- Maintaining a database of contact information;
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers;
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports;
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints;
- Handling outbound and inbound calls;
- Engaged in handling calls and Email Chats of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External);
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
Requirements:
- Basic Computer Skills;
- Any Graduate/Hotel Management/ATHM;
- Any Diploma or degree in aviation/Hospitality can be an advantage;
- Freshers can Apply;
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills;
- Age between 18-29 yrs;
- Handling calls inbound and outbound;
- Good listening and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skill, polite speaking and have the approach for expanding production with his/her skills;
- Qualification: 12th Pass (HSE), Any Graduate Experience-freshers;
- American English spoken skill is an Add-on;
- Work location Marathahalli, Bangalore;
