Our company is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Match the request to the right team;
- Collect feedback post-service;

- Manage customer expectations when things go wrong;
- Take detailed requirements of the inbound service requests;
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies;

- Basic computer and internet skills.
Requirements:
- Good Command over written and Spoken English;
- SQL server 2008 with XML fundamentals;
- .Net 3.5 or preferably 4.0 ;
- interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command over spoken Hindi, Telugu (Hyderabad roles only) and Kannada (Bangalore roles only);
- Empathy;
- Development, maintenance and tuning of Stored Procedures;
