Responsibilities:

  • Present the Company profile and credentials with Clients to fetch the business;
  • A soft calling initiation to fix up meeting with Clients;
  • Win the new business with new as well as existing clients;
  • departments as well;
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each Clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship;
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services;
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client;
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other;
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to utilize the Sales force contact platform required;
  • 3+ years’ experience in Clients service role;
  • Strong communication skills required;
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
