Responsibilities:
- Present the Company profile and credentials with Clients to fetch the business;
- A soft calling initiation to fix up meeting with Clients;
- Win the new business with new as well as existing clients;
- departments as well;
- Become the reliable point of contact for each Clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship;
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services;
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client;
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other;
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to utilize the Sales force contact platform required;
- 3+ years’ experience in Clients service role;
- Strong communication skills required;
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
