Requirements:

  • Must have a clear voice and a must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines;
  • Must have an Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
