- Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects;

Requirements:
- Must have a clear voice and a must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines;
- Must have an Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
