Responsibilities:

  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers;
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately;
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system;
  • Liasioning with various Govt. offices/local bodies;
  • Maintaining Office Equipment and AMCs;
  • Insurance requirements and their timely renewal;
  • general administration;
  • Handling Travel Desk;
  • Book meeting rooms as required;
  • Stationary requirements fulfillment;
  • Plan and prepare finance related reports required to maintain office infrastructure and facilities;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations;
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages);
  • Ensure the availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees;
  • Identify develop a reliable vendor base and develop alternate suppliers for procurement of materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize ever changing workload;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills (Writing Letters, MOM, Agreements, Contracts,etc.);
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Provide support to Hr & Techsupport team;
  • Understand the organisational issues and have good understanding of business’s aims and objectives;
  • Advertising / PR / MR / Event Management;
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills;
  • Good interpersonal, report writing, and ability to communicate politely at all levels;
  • Proficient with language (English, Hindi, Marathi);
  • Light accounting duties;
  • Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong knowledge of computer, ms office, excel;
  • Proficient in facility management;
  • Open for time flexibility go out on the field.
