Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes. Duties include computing costs and calculating rates for goods, services, and shipment of goods; posting data; and keeping other relevant records. May involve use of computer or typewriter, calculator, and adding and bookkeeping machines.

Our company is looking for a Account Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Industry;
  • Create and update expense reports;
  • Review and file payroll documents;
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases;
  • Coordinates monthly closing with Head of Finance;
  • Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery;
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records;
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy;
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies;
  • Preparing customers monthly Tax Invoice;
  • Perform other accounting duties as requested by the Head of Finance;
  • Handling staff reimbursement claim;
  • Handling reconciliation of bank account;
  • Prepare bank deposits;
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Accounting;
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Minimum qualification of LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
  • Experience using accounting software, such as Tally;

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Strong math and critical reasoning skills;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related industries experience. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply;
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
