Responsibilities:
- Writing guest posts for numerous websites in order to attract visitors;
- Providing content for eBook descriptions or landing pages;
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications;
- Follow technical writing style guides and DITA concepts;
- Representing User Assistance topics in scrum meetings;
- Carry out technical writing functions independently;
- Defining user-friendly, consistent UI texts by putting yourself in the shoes of the customer;

- Must have good experience in Technical Writing;
- Create deliverables that address the needs and preferences of the target audience for a given SAS product or offering;

- Develop user documentation of the Tact product suite for each release, including user functions and administration;

Requirements:
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technology and business concepts to non- technical users;
- 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A bachelor’s degree from a top university;
- The ability to convey complex technical topics in a simple way (no jargon allowed );
- Graduation in a technical stream;
- Experience of working with SMEs and cross-functional teams;
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of meaningful experience in the Telecommunications or Networking industry;
- The ability to quickly learn and use new software applications;
- A technical predisposition and the desire to learn;
- Superb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Empathy for our users with an aptitude for using this to create content that resonates and engages;
- Experience with content management systems, DITA-based XML authoring and/or structured authoring.
